A few years back I ran across this article from a paper/magazine in Japan called the Weekly Playboy discussing some new sort of "masturbation diet" called Onanibics. Has anyone in this forum ever heard of it?? I thought it was pretty kick ass and figured it might turn in to the next big diet fad!! lol...well maybe not really but what a super regimen! anyways i was browsing the net and came across this website that took that Onanibics masturbation diet like a huge step further...dirty minds i tell yah! even if it doesnt work..its freakin funny! check it out!

a quick addition....i have actually started some of the exercises myself and i will let you know what exercises i am doing and if i am losing weight. also if you guys have any new exercise suggestions post them on this thread!

so just an update on my masturbation diet.... ive seriously been keeping a journal of the different exercises i do and time spent doing them. ive lost 5 pounds in two weeks and thats not bad....specially since i havent changed my diet. im going to start making a list of new exercises and hopefully they will add them to their website. peace!
