i suspect you're going to have a hard time finding these kind of videos for a number of reasons:

1) if it's truly a wet dream video, the person would have to be asleep, and actually catching the cumshot on film would therefore require excellent timing, or hours of footage

and

2) most adult men grow out of having wet dreams, which means that any individuals having wet dreams are probably underage boys...or guys who don't masturbate and need to release the build-up during their sleep
