I don't recommend department stores for public jack-offs because of the security. I have found that second-hand stores are better. They usually have some pokey little change room with just a curtain in front and plenty of mirrors inside. I purposely do not close the curtain all the way and then find the best angle with the available mirrors to jack-off. This has worked remarkably well for the most part but it is still dangerous. Be super-selective to make sure no kids are around. In one location, I was actually encouraged (indirectly) to come back again ! The first time, I didn't have anything to come in so I didn't. The next time, I brought a clear plastic baggie (?) and it worked great. I feel like a total perv sharing this but, oh well. I'm harmless and its hard to find compliant people.
