Little Help plz

Postby bigbadbill1986 » Fri Dec 18, 2009 5:08 am

So before I met my Fiance I was big on c2c and cybersex. Althought our sex life is great, I find myself missing some of my online fun. She really isn't into it though (talked about it many times). Obviously I do not want to cheat, or go behind her back, so are there any alternatives? As many of you know, porn is just not the same as c2c or cyber. Help?!

I think whether or not it's cheating is a individual decision. Personally I think it's still cheating, although not as serious in-person cheating. It's kind of like speeding... cyber sex is like going 10 mph over the speed limit, in-person sex is like going 50. That's what I think anyway. Personally I'm glad I'm single and don't have to face the issue.

Interesting question I've considered too.

If you jerk-off with a buddy, is that cheating?
When does it become cheating?

As mentioned, I think it comes down to the boundaries of the relationship. If you know that she would not approve and would view it as cheating, then it is. There's no definitive and universal criteria, so you have to base these things on your own relationship.

Many people would consider a guy having a jerk-off buddy as cheating, but if you're not touching each other, why is it considered so? If you're not remotely interested in leaving your partner for them, how is it anything to worry about? And if it is something to worry about, where do women stand on guys getting their dick out beside a mate at the urinals, or being naked in a locker room together? If it's about intimacy, does that mean women feel threatened by their guys having close male friends?
It's all very confusing and complex, but fascinating too. At least to me.

Thankfully my best mate has a great partner who doesn't see anything wrong with two guys beating off to some porn together. :D

My idea of cheating is having physical sexual interaction with another when such a thing hasn't been agreed between the partners. But there should be no doubt that if you're in a committed relationship, it's only decent to at least discuss these things BEFORE conveniently deciding that it's fine with them

I am glad that I could bring up such a philosophical disscussion. Still doesn't help me... but if others want to add to the debate I think it could be fun

The truth of the matter is that you are going to have to make the decision yourself. We really cant help you in any way than tell you the moral and philosophical theories.

When your wife catches you, it doesnt matter if you listened to us, God, or Plato..... if she feels its cheating, you're toast. You pretty much have three choices:

1> Talk to her and convince her its ok.

2> Do it anyway and hope you dont get caught...... and be ready to accept the consequences when/if you do.

3> Dont do it.
