o/t ANY one have luck finding/looking up ppl?

i been thinking about a friend of mine i used to hang with ALOT back in 95-96 ( + or - a couple years) he had a thing for me and me being on the fence not sure what i wanted in life or anything else kinda went away from it all - I heard acouple years ago he stole some money while working for the state of de from another mutual friend i bumped into around 2005/06 any way - tonite i started wondering if i could find him - but my GOOGLE searches are blah returns . and switcboard dot com brings up something - but it don't sound like his parents address .



any one know of a good way to look someone up ( prefer free) that i can use to see if i can locate him . i already tried a posting on Craigslist looking for him hoping he's on there and searching around .. but nothing . i don't know where else to look with out being a p.i .


any ideas?
