It varies....Imay go a couple of days without stroking but lately I have had some marathons on the weekends. Stroking for 4-5 hours watching porn, viewing websites such as this one. A few months ago I saw somebody else on this site mention keeping a log of their masturbation activity. I started doing the same thing May and here are my numbers:

May: Tot=98, Avg=3.16/day, Min=1/day, Max=5/day
Jun: Tot=52, Avg=1.73/day, Min=0/day, Max=4/day
Jul: Tot=88, Avg=2.48/day, Min=1, Max = 6
Aug: Tot=80, Avg=2.56, Min=1, Max=7

In June I was sick for a couple of weeks so that threw the numbers off. Overall, I average more than twice a day.

So far today, twice. My average is 3 to 4 times a day. I am 41. The most I have ever done it is 13 times in one day. The longest time I can recall going withour masturbating was 5 or 6 days. Some days going 5 or 6 HOURS is a challenge! lol!
