I know I have seen similar polls on here before but never by age and USA only. I was wondering if you are under 21 or you have a son that is under 21 what percentage of those are cut opposed to those over 21?

Since it's an USA only poll, I'm not gonna vote, but I want to participate by posting. At first I was surprised that most of the US people are circumcised, something I denied myself to believe, but I see it has something to do with culture. Down here in South America, circumcision is practiced for medical reasons only and it's quite rare to find a circumcised guy (except for jews and some indigenous tribes). Let's say, about 90% of us are uncircumcised. I'm uncircumcised as well, but I have a short frenullum, so I can't pull my foreskin all the way back.

According to the FCI (Foreskin Coverage Index) my cock can be classified as a CI-9, where the foreskin overhangs the glans when soft and completely covers the glans without overhanging when hard.
