I don't think they're fake, her publicist said that the pics were taken privately and rumours say they have been sent to his current boyfriend Zac Efron and Drake Bell through email.

Now after looking at those pics stikle posted above, there are some interesting facts:

1. The obvious fact: She's hot!
2. She was born in December 14th, 1988. She's 18 years old...

But...

3. There are christmas light in her room, so: December? Birthday? Was she 17 or 18 years old when she took those pics?
4. The scandal occurred in September 6th, so that may answer my question asked in fact #3. I don't think this would take more than 9 months to surface.
