Some more details on what I have in mind--

I occasionally go to nearby apartment complex late, around midnight, and will scout out the area carefully. I'll look for some people who are on a second floor balcony talking/smoking/etc. I will then go behind the bldg and strip completely naked and streak out in front of them making sure that they see me in the parking lot lights. Sometimes, I have been able to beat off nicely right there while they stare at me. If someone in the group were to go inside quickly to either come downstairs or call someone I always have it set up so I can get out quickly and disappear into the dark.

It's such a huge rush if anyone's interested. Might be going over the next few nights.
