I would say this is probably a big fantasy of both men and women!
I for one love to do this to my man, although he doesn't get the enjoyement i get out of teasing him. He gets frustrated quickly and started to get more turned off cuz he can't cum. But i think given the right man, it would just make him harder and hornier.
