Excluding Christmas eve, i was on vacation all last week until today & i must have jerked off a combined 30 times total. Now that i think about it, it might be a personal record.

Yes, it feels good - but personally I abstained because I wanted to work up some self control. I was wanking too much and I had no energy or time for other things, and the month I've given it up I've felt healthier, felt more energetic and hardly missed it at all. In future I plan to just do it once or twice a week for the release.
