Susie, sorry, i was in lala land last night. To answer your original questions:

My wife leaves for work an hour before me in the morning, and i wake up with a hard-on, so pretty much every morning is a good morning.

I get hard almost instantly when I know i'm gonna be home alone for any period of time. Especially when i know ahead of time.
