I've started doing some Kegel exercises which, if you don't know what they are, are exercises designed to strengthen your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. I've heard that it can increase pleasure and it can make you shoot farther when you orgasm. I've never been a strong shooter unless I hold off for a few days, and so far these exercises haven't really helped yet (They say it won't be immediate and you have to be persistent).
So I was wondering if anyone else does Kegels and wanted to know if it made your orgasms any better.
