I shave the hairs on the penis and trim pubic hair above it. Sometimes I shave the hairs on the testicles. I shave/trim every 5-7 days. Lately I've been using a pincette (tweezers, you call it?) to keep the penis completely smooth. It's not painless, but the effect is totally worth it. I would never use an epilator down there, though.
