I know how you feel, some years ago I had to go to my doctor as I was beginning to have problems peeing, felt I was getting to the 'elderly gents' problem, in my 60's then, but this can start for men in their 50's. My doctor was a young girl, well she was much younger than me. She had to feel my prostate for size, so had to lay on my side while she probed in my rectum for the prostate, phew that felt cool, and felt myself gettting hard, well she was a lovely girl so couldnt help it. Any way she leaned over and watched the end of my penis and got ready to catch the sample of fluid, wow that was great, I think she liked it as well, she seemed to have a slight flushing on her cheeks. She suggested further exams at the Renal Clinic to check out for cancer. In the exam room a young female nurse painted my genitals with an antiseptic, covered me with an orange glow, lol. another nurse came and she forced an anesthetic solution down the urethra. Then in came the Renal consultant, low and behold twas a young lady, who then slowly pushed an endoscope down my penis so she could look inside my bladder. All was clear, no problems. Went back to my doctor who prescribed Proscar, a tablet I have to take every day for life to keep the prostate reduced, seems to work OK, but I do get mostly dry emissions, but orgasm is fine, so is my erection, as my latest young lady testifies, and I am 76 now, so must count my blessings, lol.
