How can i attach my sig?

Hi, could anyone tell me how can i attach my signatrure? Is this option not availiable for newbies? Thanks:)

Just click on "Profile " on the blue bar at the top pf the page, as long as you are signed-in ... the page that opens up lets you set various things including sig and avatar etc ...
