Practice. I used to cum really quick. Mostly because when I was younger I always used to jerk off quick. Kinda conditioned myself for it I guess. Never mattered for wanking, but for a long time Id be lucky to last a few minuted for sex on the first go.

i don't know that i ever came prematuely, but edging has certainly helped me to increase my stamina: so yes, stroking until you get to a "high" point, then slowing down or completely stopping until that feeling dies down, then starting up again...trying to make it last for awhile. Even if you have to let your penis go a little soft, you'll get hard again in no time, and can keep practicing.
