I don't have a suggestion on a good way to tie yourself up, however, if you REALLY want the experiance of being constricted while masturbating, try getting married. LOL.

But before you even THINK about trying it read about safety. Even a simple tie can get you completely stuck and people have been known to die. You might want to look at the "self bondage timelock" which is a metal tube that you freeze ice into.
