I wore underware pretty regularly for my whole life. When I retired I stopped wearing it (I am a bit of an exhibitionist), that was 3 years ago. I have recently started to wear it again because I see the way some girls look at me and I'm sure they have glanced down to crotch watch. I have been told I am rather thick (6.5" circumference) so it usually shows thru without underware. I sometimes wish I could think myself to an erection so I could show a girl looking at it what lies beyond her immediate vision.

No me neither,, I have to wear a bra but havent worn underwear in many years.. Occasionaly if I am dressing in lingerie for a special occasion ,I will wear a rhinestone thong ,, but it is for show then ....

Guess I'm the odd one out but, I like wearing underwear for the following reasons:

1) I often get wet spots due to feeling turned on during the day, which is no problem as I obviously change my underwear every day. However, if I wasn't wearing underwear, I would still get turned on (even more so), and would get wet spots on my pants (I rarely wear skirts). I like my pants clean and I don't want to have to clean them every day, so...

2) I would be embarrassed if I got into an accident and became unconscious, I imagine I'd be brought to the ER, only to have a whole team of doctors and nurses find out that I'm not wearing any underwear when they prepare me for surgery.

However, I don't always wear a bra. And when I'm at home I rarely wear pants.

But do you really think you would be the first one they saw without underware?

Also, I have known some (well one) paramedic over the years and he told me if she was hot they would look, I'm what society (hopefully not you) would cosider a pervert, I think I would look if I knew my partner were cool with it. I say this since I think there are always two of them on the person.

1) I run into that also. I work alone at the office most of the time and sometimes surf a little too long online and end up with that wet spot. I just stay sitting for a little longer until it's gone.

2) I guess not having underwear on is most likely the same as having that area shaved. I guess it’s more common now then it was before. If the doctors and nurses want to look, have at it.

Now if I saw you in the office not wearing a bra, that would give me a wet spot for sure!!
