but why is it each time I try to cum standing up, I damn near collapse and find myself stumbling like an idiot? Any advice?

To be honest it takes time. My legs tended to give in faster when I first started standing. Hell the first time ever I ended up with a head ache for 3 days. It's a physical thing.

That's something I don't read everyday. Maybe it's a physical condition like Heatherforever said. As for me, I never had problem cumming while standing, with the exception that it takes more time to cum than sitting or laying down.
