All I can suggest is maybe searching on line for info on local places. There are sites that list cruising places by country, region and city.
It can be risky though.

Personally, I wouldn't go down the anonymous route in this, because, as you've pointed out in your story, guys in those places are generally gay/bi and looking to do more. At least if you're suggesting these things with a friend you already know them, and the chances are they'll be interested in keeping the same limits.

I guess it's down to personal preferences, if you're happy to take the risks it can be fun, but most straight men wouldn't really be there looking for that.
