Masturbation Question

Aight, i'm a teenage guy, uncircumsized, and I have a question. I've never been able to climax through masturbation, it feels good, but i don't get there. I don't know why this is, but it really sucks. Usually it feels good until I get completely hard, and then it kinda goes down, without a climax. I know I can climax/ejaculate, as I have had wet dreams. Anyway, any ideas on what's going on here?
