Am i too big for 6 7 months pregnant?

I am a few days away from being seven months pregnant. I'm 4'11 and i feel like i have gained too much weight but people keep going crazy about how big i look. when i had on a hoody no one could tell that i gained anything, but now i have people asking me if i'm having twins and it makes me wonder if im gaining too much. my mom said it's because i'm short.
