Finding Female Phone Partners

One of my favorite masturbation activities is talking on the phone with a like-minded female, but the trouble is finding someone. I used to have pretty good luck with chat rooms but most of those aren't what they used to be. Anyone have any suggestions? I've thought about paid phone sex, but it's expensive, I'm not sure which are reputable, and I think most of those phone sex operators aren't "participating," and that's part of what makes it great for me.
