No underwear?

I just got back from a party a few minutes ago and I'm wearing a little cotton dress with no panties- and somehow, I feel like I can't keep my hands away from between my legs.

I've gone without underwear before and it somehow always ends up the same way.
Jeans usually can't be helped. The denim's snug and once it rubs up against your bud... it's Heaven.
And in skirts/dresses I always kind of think about it. Can anyone notice?
Does anyone care? Does anyone mind?
And I'll always catch the occassional person taking quick glances to make sure they saw what they saw- or didn't see.
Needless to say there are a few people who now know I'm shaven. haha

But does that happen to anyone else?
Does wearing no underwear get you going?
