30 Second Internals

This is a technique I use if there is sufficient time, and you need a stop watch. With the time at "zero", start the clock ticking and give yourself 30 strokes in 30 seconds with your right hand. Wait 30 seconds, and do the same thing with your leftg hand. Wait 30 more, and start over. The goal is to see how many minutes you can go before having an orgasm.
