This was the first prostate massager I bought but I found the it too thick to take comfortably. I went for the "naughty boy" in the same range which is more shaped and fits me much more comfortably. Using it and some lube I have successfully managed to ejaculate several times without touching my cock. I would recommend it as a great masturbation toy. I guess it's down to what you want to accommodate as to which thickness to go for.
