Trouble uploading video and pics

I'm trying to upload a video of me jackin' off but the video has to be 50 MB or smaller. Mine is 53; does anybody know how to condense it down to less than 50? It's a great video with a huge cum shot at the end! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try using Windows Movie Maker and encode it at a lower bitrate (256 kbps is OK).
