Your masturbating while in jail question. I spent 10 days in a county jail about 10 years ago, and there is no way I would even think about jacking off. There is an unbelievable amount of tension (mostly racial and promoted by the guards) and you do not want to draw attention for any reason. I have been told that the female jails are just as tough. To answer your question, you would not get in trouble with the guards, but your life would become very difficult from the other inmates.
